The BA will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and validating data in SFDC. The applicant should possess the following: ? Data analysis and data governance skills ? Communication skills ? Problem-solving skills ? Critical thinking skills ? Analyses and visual data modeling skills ? Ability to quickly learn new tasks ? Ability to self-start with minimal supervision ? Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) ? Experience in Salesforce.com is highly required ? Proficiency with e-Commerce tools The applicant will be responsible for performing the following tasks: ? Intuitively establish rules for data cleansing ? Ensure customer data loaded into Salesforce.com is accurate and usable ? Review of current documentation and processes ? Proactively propose improvements and changes to documentation to improve user friendliness. ? Adapt current documents and formats to fit the Salesforce.com layouts and requirements. ? Preparation and upload of the Knowledge articles in SFDC ? Ensure that the Knowledge structure/categorization is respected and applied during upload of new articles in SFDC ? Provide support on preparation of training manuals for SFDC by adapting UAT materials to fit regional processes. ? Ensure that training materials are maintained and uploaded in SFDC ? Support team in process mapping ? Support the team in adapting processes to fit the new tools and way of working ? Participate in User Acceptance Testing and launch activities ?
