Qualifications: - 6 to 11 years of experience developing data driven applications using Microsoft technologies - *Minimum 2 years of experience writing complex WPF user interfaces;* - Proven understanding of OOAD and application development processes with focus on reusability, extensibility, and performance; - BS degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field, plus 6 yrs of experience in IT. - Alternatively, will accept MS degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field, plus 3 yrs of experience in Information Technology (IT) field; - *Experience with WCF and T-SQL a plus;* - 2 years of experience in active adherence to SDLC methodologies such as Agile or Incremental; - Working knowledge of Scrum is a plus.
