*Client: ENSONO* *Position – Sr QA Tester (3 total positions) * *Location – Downer Grove, IL * *Duration – 12-18 months* *Need Local- F2F intervw* *MUST HAVE EXPEREINCE TESTING REST API’S ALONG WITH USING SOAPUI! * *Sr QA TESTER - Web API / REST / SoapUI* - 12 - 18 month + contract - Downers Grove, IL - IMMEDIATE R*EQUIREMENTS* - 7-10 yrs testing experience - 3+ YRS OF Strong experience testing APIs / web services - REST APIs ( SOAPUi or any other tool ) - Manual and Automation experience ( selenium or any other comparable tool ) - Solid experience with writing PL/SQL or complex SQL queries and joins. SQL Data needs to extracted from Oracle database. Hence person should be able to write SQL JOINS or PL/SQL. Data gets pulled out from 3 to 10 tables sometimes Linux and Ksh - Experience with testing C# .net applications - JIRA Experience - Experience with Agile /SCRUM/Stories and Sprint Planning. - Any cloud testing will be great – not mandatory - Any testing of microservices ( or just understanding will be excellent. NOT required ) *RESPONSIBLITIES* · Perform software testing on web/ web services/ client-server platforms. · Execute functional/system/ integration/volume/stress/performance/regression/smoke/UAT/API and database testing · Requirements gathering/ developing test strategies/ plans/ scripts/ test case creation/ test execution/ test results analysis/ defect tracking/ resolution/ reporting, using multiple testing methodologies (SDLC, *Agile*). · Use of test management/test automation tools. · Frequent interaction with clients. · Perform ETL functions and data cleansing/mining/analysis/auditing/validation.
