*Location: Charlottesville, VA* *Duration: 6 Months+* *Rate: $46/Hour All Inc * *Service Description:* The *Saleforce.com* Consultant will be responsible to co-ordinate*salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com>* development and Configuration on Corporate's Shared Services instances. In this role, you will be required to provide strong thought leadership to drive the business ask and delivery. Maintains peer relationships across IT areas and SFE business engagement *Roles & Responsibilities:* 1.)Responsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions. 2.) Solve advanced/complex technical issues. 3.) Develop, enhance, debug, support, analyze, maintain and test new existing Salesforce.com functionality for projects taken up by our Shared Services Group. 4.) Integration experience with Dell Boomi a plus 5.) Minimum 3 years’ development experience in Java, *Salesforce.com*APEX or comparable technical space. 6.) Ensure on-time and effective delivery of high-quality SFDC releases by defining release KPls and improve the defined KPIs. 7.) Strong communicator with proactive problem solving experience needed. *Qualification Requirements* a) Bachelor's degree (or 4 years equivalent work experience) with 5+ years IT experience or equivalent IT experience b) *Salesforce.com* certification (either ADM201. DEV401. or similar) c) Experience leading a technical on/off shore team. d.)
