*Duration: 12+ month contract*



*Senior Business Analyst with Heavy Ecommerce project experience for our
direct client.*



*KEYS:*

   - At this time we are seeking candidates with a *deep e-Commerce*
   background for the role.
   - Seeking candidates who have a *strong background with SEO,
   tracking/monetization pixel, and website analytics (Omniture preferred)
   skills.*


*Qualifications:*



A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Information Systems,
Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience required.

   - At least 4 years of business analyst, information systems or
   equivalent role;
   - Experience in implementation and delivery of software
   - Certification of Competency in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®)
   (Intermediate)


   - Ability to work with diverse groups of people with a clear vision of
   business needs
   - Possess advanced analytical, problem solving and decision making
   skills, including the ability to evaluate existing or proposed new
   solutions for potential flaws or improvement opportunities — including
   alignment to departmental goals and standards
   - Demonstrated capacity for gathering and scrutinizing data to identify
   issues, opportunities, patterns, and sustainable business solutions
   - Ability to define the boundaries of a project and actively manage the
   requirements to fit within those boundaries.
   - Advanced knowledge of methodologies, processes and tools commonly used
   by Business Analysts, including but not limited to process, data flow, and
   system integration modeling.
   - Possess leadership skills as demonstrated by a disciplined approach to
   innovation and the capacity to create and embrace the vision for the end
   goal or project deliverable, including a determined commitment to project
   completion
   - Proficient ability to spend time in the user environment as needed to
   analyze business operations and perform post-implementation support and
   validation
   - Expert ability to communicate effectively with others using written
   and spoken English including the ability to provide clear, constructive
   feedback to team members and facilitate stakeholder or delivery team
   meetings
   - Ability to facilitate stakeholders or delivery team meetings
   - Ability to utilize presentation methods or tools to convey various
   business or technical objectives
   - Expert ability to remain effective  under stress, and respond to
   pressure in a manner acceptable to work cooperatively and collaboratively
   with others in a team-oriented culture
   - Advanced project planning skills, including the ability to organize,
   prioritize and control job responsibilities in order to meet deadlines in
   an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities
   - Proven track record of managing requirements traceability through the
   life cycle of a project.
   - Advanced  knowledge of  implementation and delivery of software
   - Experience in formulating business cases for project work
   - Experience in requirements elicitation, fit/gap analysis, and
   preparation of functional design documents
   - Costs benefit analysis
   - Knowledge of Retail Systems and processes preferred
   - Participation in groups or affiliations concerned with the development
   of Business Analysis preferred



*Responsibilities for this Position Include:*

   - Assist in identifying and aligning project stakeholders on project
   objectives, success factors, and scope.
   - Gather business case details for proposed projects in conjunction with
   the accounting representative and primary delivery owner.
   - Collect & manage business and functional requirements through
   implementation
      - Create or revise any requirements documentation
      - Track changes, analyzing proposed changes for impact
      - Coordinate team & stakeholder communication for new and/or updated
      requirements
      - Identify and participate in the resolution of requirements
      conflicts involving scope, schedule, budget, or quality.
      - Monitor and report on requirements metrics as defined by the
      business analysis practice or project
      - Ensure that all requirements are compliant with IT policies
      throughout the project
      - Obtain stakeholder acceptance for all deliverables
      - Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle,
      ultimately tying all requirements to the project scope and
success criteria.
   - Create, coordinate, & conduct user acceptance testing, including
   coordination of resources, documentation of issues found, and follow up
   through resolution as required.
   - Design and maintain end user training and support team documentation.
   - Support the project team by coordinating relevant meetings, publishing
   agendas, meeting minutes/action items, and follow up reports.
   - Develop subject matter expertise for functional area, including:
      - Build subject matter expertise in the business process for the
      functional area
      - Developing deep understanding of the front- and back-end systems
      that support the functional area’s business processes
      - Foster strong partnerships with both the business and technical
      teams that support the functional area
   - Support the development of the Business Analysis practice
      - Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure adherence to successful
      business analysis practices.
      - Make suggestions based on current and emerging methodologies or
      tools to reduce costs, improve delivery performance, and reduce
      administration time for client business analysis resources.
   - Model team commitment by adhering to the team's expectations and
   guidelines; fulfilling team responsibilities; and demonstrating personal
   commitment to the team by being cooperative, collaborative, and flexible
   - Model the behaviors expected of all associates including, but not
   limited to, a drive for results, with a demonstrable bias for action; high
   levels of emotional intelligence, maturity, and professionalism;  giving,
   receiving and responding to feedback effectively; a consistently high
   service orientation; and demonstrable commitments to diversity, inclusion,
   a respectful workplace, and integrity
