UI Developer Rockville, MD 6 Months Contract *On-Site Interview* *Angular.JS/JavaScript candidate needed*. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of strong front-end development experience. *Angular.JS* is required. First 90 days will mostly be assisting with a deliverable, fixing bugs, doing QA type work, as well as some development. They have 3-4 more applications they are working on as well so there is more work in the pipeline - Experience with AngularJS is a required. - Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline; or Master’s degree. - At least 2+ years of experience creating table-less, standards-compliant across browser HTML code. - At least 2 years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX. - At least 2 years of experience with Photoshop, Flash, and Dreamweaver. - Some experience with Ruby, Python, and PHP is a plus. - Some experience with Agile development is a plus. - Basic knowledge of usability & 508 compliancy. - Must have a demonstrated portfolio of work. - Great customer service and interfacing with customers is required. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Must be self-motivated and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies. - Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet aggressive deadlines. - Must have strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making capabilities. - Must have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. - Must be flexible to change and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Applicants selected will be subject to a Public Trust background security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to sensitive information.
