Telephony experience, preferably VoIP. b. 3 years test planning and execution (e.g., functional, regression, performance). c. 2 year automated testing and administration of Automations Tools. d. 3 years’ experience in HP ALM / Quality Center. e. Programming Skills such as SQL, REST API, VXML, SOAP UI, Visual Basic or other scripting methods. f. Desired - Cyara test tools such as Replay, Crawler, Virtual Agent. g. Desired - experienced in CISCO Voice platform- UCC (contact center) , CVP (Voice Portal) , ICM , CTI (Agent Desktop). h.
