Hands on experience working on *NetApp* Clustered ONTAP 8.3 Expertise in Data ONTAP Clustering and High Availability. Expertise in Configuring and troubleshooting snap mirror, snap vault. Experience in Aggregate, Volume, Qtree and LUN management Troubleshooting and managing of ISCSI and FC SAN environment. In-depth knowledge on troubleshooting CIFS and NFS share management. Knowledge on Snap Manager products including Exchange and SQL. Knowledge of implementing and configuring Operations Manger (DFM) Expertise in DC - DR Infrastructure designing and administration Experience in upgrading ONTAP versions and Firm ware Good skills on performance optimization. Experience in troubleshooting performance issues on the filers by collecting Core Dump and Perfstats Solution architecting on Storage Technologies, in terms of understanding the IOPS, and thereby sizing the storage capacitym. Should have strong experience in legacy application & infrastructure migration methodologies. Homogenous and Heterogenous migration within NetApp or from other to NetApp. Should be able to advice data migration strategies and influence Technical decisions towards best solutions. High level understanding on Layer-2 & Layer-3 Network switches. Giving/Taking Project Handover to-from Delivery and Implementation team. Directly interact with cross-functional teams and solution architects to identify, develop, and obtain complete information for solutions. Exposure to OS: vSphere, Windows, RHEL, Solaris, AIX, Ubuntu. *Additional Requirement* Able to communicate effectively with teams across the location and support pre-implementation and post-implementation activities. Plan & Deliver technical trainings and knowledge sessions to Customers, internal teams. NetApp Specialist level Certification is must. ITIL Certification is must.
