| Duties & Responsibilites : | Candidate must be local
Must have:
• 4-5 years of experience on custom development projects
• Facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders and capture the stakeholders' requirements through requirements specifications and help them clarify and refine the descriptions
• Work with a team of onshore and offshore BAs to create, review and elaborate functional specifications, including specifications for use cases, user interfaces and reports
• Perform data mappings between source and target for integrating applications and facilitate review sessions
• Work with BA team to create and review detailed Requirements Traceability Matrix and review and validate Test cases against the RTM to ensure accuracy and adequacy
• Work with design and development team to provide detailed functional knowledge transfer and clarify requirements on an ongoing basis
• Perform functional testing including end-to-end application testing scenarios to ensure compliance with requirements
• Good problem solving, facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to have:
• Automotive Experience with specific focus on Order Management
