| Duties & Responsibilites : | - This primary responsibility of this position will be to support the build phase of an SAP CRM CIC implementation project.
- The scope of the project is to deploy current custom SAP system functionality into SAP CRM Interaction Center for customer support / complaint handling with integration to back-end ERP ECC system.
- The requirement is for a Hands-On functional expert, experienced and capable of performing configuration for assigned process areas.
High Level Requirements:
· Work from blueprint to produce functional specifications
· Perform CIC and associated ECC configuration
· CIC WEB UI screen layout/design
· Work with development team for enhancements and integration
· Support unit and UAT testing
Minimum Areas of Required Experience
· Expert knowledge of Complaint Handling and Returns- and Exchange/Repair Processing in CRM with integration into ECC
· Expert knowledge of SAP Order to Cash in both CRM and ECC
· Knowledge of Service Management in both CRM and ECC
· Multiple and recent CRM Interaction Center Implementation projects
· Configuration for SAP Service (CRM and ECC)
- Master Data integration CRM-ECC
- Customer Master with Relationships
- Material Master
- Batch Master
- Serial Number Management
· I-Base and I-Object
· Warranties
· Relationships
- Complaint Handling
- Catalog codes (CRM-ECC)
- Returns Processing

- ATP in CRM to ECC
- Material determination
- Interactive scripting a plus
- Guided Procedures (TBUI) a plus
· Configuration of CRM Web UI
- Navigation profiles, Work Centers, Business Roles
- Customizing of Navigation Bar Profiles
- ECC Transaction Launcher
· Integration/Middleware CRM-ECC
- Good understanding of middleware configuration for master data exchange and transaction data interchange
- CTI integration understanding a plus (AMC)
