Duties & Responsibilites :	-This role requires a strong knowledge of a J2EE Container (WebSphere and/or JBoss). -A successful team member will have very strong problem solving skills. -The team's focus is to quickly analyze data related to production incidents, determine root cause and lead/drive remediation, partnering with platform and application development teams. SKILLS REQUIRED: JVM Tuning (Garbage Collection) • JVM/Java Debug (thread and memory analysis) • WebSphere/JBoss • Strong Communication (written and verbal)
