| Duties & Responsibilites : | -Seeking a Program manager who manages with project managment capbilites if required. -Willing to engage and direct on any issue to postively affect project timelines or quality. -In additon has over sight on all tracks ( AKA worksteams). -Maintains a positive outlook bringing people together to workshop an issue, discuss altenatives and identify solutions whether its people, process or technology. -Project is under client PMO using a methodology that is Oracle AIM based. REQUIRED SKILLS: - Oracle EBS implementation experience background of 10-15 years. - Has managed large projects minimum of - 15-20 m and prefer a 50 m project. - Can demonstrate good peopleskills and have passion for the project. - Highly prefer Big 4 background like Accenture/Deloitte etc. - Good communication capability to multiple levels: client executives, project managers business users, COE and solution architects. |
