The analyst will implement, integrate, support, and administer the client's Business Intelligence environment, specifically the Business Objects tool suite. Product support of Business Objects tools including Crystal Reports, Crystal Xcelsius, Business Objects Enterprise and Web Intelligence, This role involves communicating with business partners and other support areas within and outside of the Systems Department and client area. a. General vendor product support b. Testing new releases/fixes/service packs c. Installing and tuning** ** 3rd tier support of the Business Objects suite of products. Creating and maintaining disaster recovery plans i. Handling service calls related to business partner support j.
