Candidate should have SAP Business Process knowledge (not necessary to have configurations /hands on experience). Some one who is a *Business Analyst/Project manager* who has done similar job would do. *Scope of Responsibilities* Within the Automotive Division, plan, conduct, and direct the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated business systems. Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing business systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Designs details of automated business systems. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. *Specific Responsibilities* 1. Evaluate tools and systems to improve work group efficiency in Automotive Systems Division within and beyond business function with emphasis on speed and impact. 2. Recommend selected opportunities to management for approval. Recommendations should identify benefits, costs, values of benefits, ease and timing of deployment, and ease of use. 3. Work continuously to develop knowledge of current state of relevant processes/systems within and around the Automotive Systems Division, and develop knowledge of best in class systems at Bose and at leading automotive suppliers. 4*. Serve as the Automotive Systems Division Product Owner of SAP business processes to guide and direct systems changes in support of the division’s operations*. 5. Provide subject matter expertise to both business and IT groups in the areas of EDI, sales order processing, delivery and shipment processing and billing. 6. Plan and deploy approved solutions effectively, i.e. involve user groups, adhere to timetables and budgets, insure user satisfaction with solutions, create awareness as appropriate beyond user groups of milestones and benefits. 7. Represent the Automotive Systems Division on the Bose Data Council. 8. *Act as site administrator for local tools/systems if necessary, or during early development phases.* 9. Work with 3rd party IT providers to enable business systems with Automotive Systems Division business partners. 10. Work with external business partners to understand and communicate business requirements for the setup of business systems. 11. Provide manager with regular feedback on priorities and progress, and support manager particularly on initiatives related to broader or longer term system deployments. *Education:* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or management information systems *Experience:* A minimum of 2 years work experience in business systems analysis or, advanced degrees in computer science, management information systems or business.
