*Duration is 6 months.* *Phone Interviews * Opening is for a Senior Network Voice Engineer in the Pittsburgh, PA region to perform project-based consulting with various customers to design, implement, and support Cisco-based UC/Voice networks. Must be a self-starter who is able to work in a team environment and have the ability to resolve issues independently. Strong customer service skills are a must. In this role you will work in a virtual office/office/client based environment to assist customers with network high-level and detailed design, implementation, operations, troubleshooting and issue resolution. You will develop documentation as it relates to project requirements, and assist with or develop customer-facing presentations of technology solutions. Prefer those with the ability to write assessment and design reports, and present them to customers. *You will:* • Assess, design, implement, troubleshoot, and document Cisco UC/voice networks and related systems • Develop both high-level and detailed implementation and test plans for Cisco UC/voice technologies related to enterprise networks • Provide knowledge transfer and informal training to clients *Qualifications * Strong skills and experience in Cisco Voice/ Unified Communications MANDATORY. Skills in one or more of the following areas a plus: • Cisco UC/Voice technologies - MINIMUM • Cisco routing/switching • Cisco WLAN • Multiple Cisco UC/Voice related certifications *Certifications* in multiple technology areas are a significant plus. Candidate should have at least five (5) years of industry experience. Must be able to work with end users, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines. Must be able to work with practice lead to coordinate scheduling to meet customer needs, sometimes juggling multiple projects at one time. Must routinely communicate work status and potential issues to practice lead without prompting. Able to travel within the region or work remotely as needed to support consulting customers. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
