*Required Qualifications:*
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
Management, or equivalent experience;
· Minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a business analyst or
product manager/owner;
· Excellent oral and written communication skills;
· Innovation, flexibility, and creativity and a demonstrated
ability to work among multiple constituencies and complex environments;
· Ability to travel to off-site locations (reliable transportation
required).
*Preferred Qualifications:*
· Knowledge of Excel and SQL Server Management Studio;
· Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Studio and SQL Server
Integration Studio;
· Familiarity with wire framing tools;
· Experience working in agile/scrum environment;
· Experience in Medicaid Services/Billing.
*Specific goals for the contract resulting from this RFQ include:*
· Participate extensively in the needs assessment and system
requirement process for the development and implementation of business
applications via group or individual interviewing;
· Translate business needs into actionable, detailed, user and
system requirements, including acceptance criteria that can be accomplished
by the scrum team and deliver the most value to customers;
· Design wireframes and mockups to provide visual aids for both
business buy-in and team direction;
· Communicate with all appropriate parties to ensure that the
product's objectives, scope, and expected deliverables for each project
phase are understood and parties are aligned;
· Direct and manage the on-going project within the scrum
environment to ensure that quality, delivery, and time-management goals are
met;
· Prioritize roadmap with product owner and manage system issues
and enhancements from call-tracking system alongside new development work,
including integrations with other applications;
· Responsible for all aspects of the program development cycle from
project definition through system implementation. Coordinate release
planning, including user acceptance testing, with business stakeholders;
· Perform other duties as required.
