*Java Developer/Lead * *Mc Lean, VA* *Long Term Contract* *Role :Java Lead Developer* *Solid J2EE background , performance trouble shooting, build tools and source control* *Job Description* - This position involves complex application analysis, prototyping, modeling and high level technical consulting. - Perform "what-if" analysis to simulate network stress test and survivability. - Predict effects of configuration changes; identify applications bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize performance. - Solutions are innovative, thorough, and practicable. - Represents the organization to the principal customer contact on technical matters, and is the go-to technical resource. - Interacts with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters frequently requiring coordination across organizational lines. - Prior experiences supporting the REO line of business a plus. - Primary Technical skills required: Advanced Java (J2EE), Design patterns, SQL, Weblogic, DB2, TAM, Clearcase, PEARL, JUNIT, STRUTS, UNIX, Shell programming, Torque. - Extensive experience in full lifecycle of application development from initial conception, architecture, detailed and complex design, (from scratch) execution. - College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.
