*Position : DevOps Engineer (Build Release Background not Linux)* *Location : Provo, UT* *Duration : 6+ Months **with possible extensions * *Interview : in state – phone & in person; out of state: phone and Skype USC, GC, EAD or TN Visa * *Will need to pass a criminal background check prior to start.* *Job Description* · This company has 4 different technical groups completing all the basics and contributions respectively for doing, complex scripting, configuration management, virtualization, product update deployments, software builds and such. · Each group does their respective part, but has their own way of doing things and there are not standards across the board. · What they need is someone who will create ownership for implementation, support, and ongoing improvement of virtual and physical environments, software release mechanics, and build-package tools for our internal dev and QA teams as well as our production operations teams. · They do multiple product releases during the week on both their client side and server side solutions. · When you take on this opportunity, you will still have the support of each group doing their part, now you would create an ownership for continuous integration and strategy for 1 person managing their DevOps processes. · Work closely with the CTO to also standardize their tools, and collaborate with all their technical teams. * Job Requirements * · 3+ years DevOps Engineering experience which must include: · Continuous Integration tools experience such as Jenkins · Build Automation tools experience such as Ant, Gradle, Maven · Distribution Application build tools such Docker · Install4J · Puppet, or Chef, or other similar Configuration Management automation tool.
