Continuously upgrade skill sets to remain current with installed systems. 20% Work with IT team members and outsourced partners in the implementation of new technologies to enhance application performance, availability and productivity. Assist with project planning as needed by providing cost and time estimates for proposed work. 20% Maintain infrastructure inventory (both onsite and hosted); tracking location, current use, configuration, hardware/software/firmware version, and support and upgrade information. Track the availability and location of media sets, parts and service components. 5% Monitor server performance and end user experience by utilizing software tools for efficient and proper operations. Communicate results through periodic reports and dashboards. 5% Serve as a liaison to various outsource partners, including roles as project manager, point of contact for application support and local subject matter expert of company processes and IT initiatives. 10% Recommend and implement procedures in support of Data Center Recovery and Business Continuity Planning.
