*Duration: 6 Months+* *Requirements:* · Stabilize, optimize, expand, on-board new users, and support existing users on Microsoft Response Center’s (MSRC) Dynamics CRM 2013 On-premise production instance. · Resources will implement the initiatives and recommendations from the August 2015 Dynamics CRM Assessment document. The project will be managed using Scrum methodology, therefore, actual scope and prioritizations will be agreed upon by the project sponsor. · Dynamics CRM Architecture and technical guidance, design, development, testing, documentation, and support · Dynamics CRM Functional design, configuration, testing, documentation, and support · Data Migration for Dynamics CRM systems, templates, testing, and support · Business Analysis services to define, document, train, and support business stakeholders and user. · Exact scope and deliverables will be defined every 2 weeks. Project sponsor will approve scope and set priorities. · Initiatives may include and are not limited to: o CRM Governance, Strategic Vision, and Road map o Optimize User Experience o Optimize Application Performance (software) o Improve Process Automation and Workforce Optimization o Optimize Application Performance (hardware) o Improve Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery · Resource needed currently: o Sr. .Net / CRM Developer - CRM System Network and Performance tuning, user story estimation, CRM custom code (JavaScript, plug-ins, custom reports, etc.).
