*Job Title:Service Integration Engineer* *Location: Vanburen Township, MI Positions Requested:2 (1 to work in monitoring and 1 to work in automation)* *Duration: Up to 12 month project* Green card or citizenship required *Job Overview: * You will be working on multiple projects as a project leader and/or developer in Support of client. You will interact primarily with Product Development and Professional Service organizations. You will be a deep technical expert using numerous programming languages, AWS, Chef, Thingworx, Java and custom tooling within the client. *Essential Responsibilities: * ü Drive performance and reliability, including developing testing plans and applying reliability frameworks across full stack deployments ü Develop and support tools to support current and future products in a SaaS environment ü Applying Digital UX standards to tools and dashboards where applicable, and ensuring well designed usable tools and APIs. ü Lead the implementation of application performance monitoring and trend-based scaling for current and future products ü Participate in the domain technical and business discussions relative to future architect direction ü Responsible for executing build and release strategy for highly complex parallel and concurrent releases for Software Products in support of Predix Field Agent ü Enhance and support multiple cloud-based customer environments, deploying continuous integration framework used across teams ü Understand, design, and deploy full stack (Infrastructure, applications, DB, middleware, networking) ü Participate in the EA (Enterprise Architecture) governance model ü Writes code using programming as well as scripting languages for automation, monitoring, and integrations ü Experience with CHEFDK, including cookbooks, compliance, delivery *Desired Characteristics: - Technical Expertise: * ü Proven troubleshooting and communication skills ü Proven experience Windows and Linux OS ü Proven skill at developing User Interfaces ü Practical knowledge of networking protocols and development ü Knowledge of WMI, and experience developing tools to leverage it ü Experience analyzing and resolving performance issues with event-driven programs and databases. ü Experience with software integrations (MES to ERP, for example) ü Experience building and consuming RESTful services ü Understands technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction aligning with business goals. ü Understands change management strategies ü Familiar with elements of gathering architecture requirements. ü Understands architecture standards concepts to apply to project work. ü Experience with ServiceNow ü Professional experience as a windows or Linux server admin ü Practical experience for J2EE, Apache, Fuse, SSO Integration technologies, Reverse Proxies, Thingworx ü Experience with monitoring tools into all layers of cloud solutions (infrastructure, application, DB, Middleware, network, etc) ü SQL DBA experience ü Experience delivering SaaS solutions -- Thanks and Regards, Tejaswini Kola, SR* .*Technical Recruiter -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "American Vendor--IT Consulting" group.
