(USC or GC ONLY)* *Location: Ewing, NJ Duration: 6+ Months* *Job Description:* *Keys to the position:* *Mortgage Servicing, test plan validation , stage loans, assist on traceability matrix* The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for improving the quality of projects being delivered by the PMO by documenting the Traceability and Test Plans based on the Business Requirements. This person will lead the acceptance testing, participate in the implementation and provide post-implementation support of projects. The Quality Assurance Analyst will act as liaison between the internal business, the Business Analyst and technical personnel as well as external stakeholders including vendors. The Quality Assurance Analyst should have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills *Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * As part of a project team, prepare Traceability Matrix and Test Plan on approved projects, working cross-functionally and partnering with project sponsor and/or business groups Work with the Project Manager, Business Analyst and team members to execute according to plan, focusing on deliverables aligning with the Business Requirements Strong leadership capabilities, good judgment and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce. Working knowledge of testing concepts, verification and validation techniques, defect management, quantitative methods, risk management and measurement programs Independently executes test plans and test scripts based on planned project schedules and in accordance with PMO methodology Records and tracks defects uncovered during the execution of tests scripts.
