Job Title: QA Test Architect with BI Experience Location: Detroit MI Duration: 12 Months Rate: Challenging Requirements: · Must have 6-8+ years’ experience LEADING testing a team of QA Performance engineers o Participate in requirements definition meetings with business and design teams including volumetric. Review requirement and design documentation to ensure that requirements stated are correct, unambiguous, and verifiable. o Participate in design walk-throughs and prototyping. o Estimate project size and testing effort for performance testing o Identifies/Trains/Manages the team o Prepare test plan and test strategy o Coordinate performance testing efforts across multiple organizations, groups and teams (both internal and external) o Assist with setup and installation of test environment / platforms o Set-up, configuration and customization of the monitoring agents on the systems o Responsible for test execution; Report and maintain software defects of defect management system · Sound knowledge on industry leading performance testing tool like HP LoadRunner. · Should be proficient with these protocols – Web (HTTP / HTML), web services, Tru Client, AJAX (click and script) · Ability to script complex applications and familiar with key performance testing tool functions. · Ability to design complex scenarios to depict real world user patterns. · Good foundation with performance engineering concepts including knowledge on monitoring tools. Should be able to configure performance metrics for various monitors. · Hands on experience with industry standard APM tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, App Dynamics, and/or Wily Introscope. · Efficient in root cause analysis of Performance Degraded transactions and provide potential recommendations in Web layer , Network and Back-end. · Knowledge on database monitoring.
