client is looking for a Salesforce.com Business Analyst to focus on an
implementation of Salesforce.com.  The Business Analyst will work with the
business users for requirements gathering, documentation, and detailed
business process modeling to propose best practices.  This person will also
be responsible for analyzing and validating Saleforce.com capabilities and
limitations against business requirements.  This BA will perform a fit-gap
analysis and develop solution requirements, collaborate with the functional
team on the solution design, and integration of SFDC with SAP.

*Main Accountabilities:*

   - Responsible for requirements gathering, documentation and detailed
   business process modeling using industry standard analysis techniques such
   as BPML, data flow modeling and MS visios.
   - Act as advisory to ensure project business requirements will confirm
   to SFDC roadmap and ensure product growth and development possibilities.
   - Collaborate with System Integrator’s Salesforce.com functional team to
   validate Salesforce.com capabilities, limitations, transform and design new
   solution requirements into Salesforce.com platform.
   - Works closely with the System Integrator’s functional team for
   functional design and ensure process integration from Salesforce.com to SAP
   ECC.
   - Provide Salesforce Administrative support including system
   configuration and system maintenance and use of 3rd party applications
   (e.g. Miller Heiman)

 *Specific Responsibilities:*

   - Identify and understand the business problem and the impact of the
   proposed solution on the organization’s processes and operations.
   - Evaluate customer business needs, thus contributing to strategic
   planning of information systems and technology directions.
   - Build requirements traceability matrix.
   - Translate business objectives into system requirements using modeling
   tools.
   - Responsible for requirements gathering, documentation and detailed
   business process modeling using industry standard analysis techniques such
   as BPML, data flow modeling and MS visios.
   - Facilitating conversations between stakeholders, subject matter
   experts (SMEs) in a fast-paced process development project ensuring capture
   of requirements, priorities and creation/maintenance of business process
   mapping documents.
   - Elicit and validate requirements using interviews, document analysis,
   requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases,
   scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
   - Liaise with the business users during testing of Salesforce.com
   functionalities for sales business processes.
   - Collaborate with System Integrator’s Salesforce.com functional and
   admin team to validate Satelesforce.com capabilities, transform and design
   new solution requirements into Salesforce.com platform.
   - Integration with SAP ECC. Ensure process and functional design
   integration of Master Data from SAP ECC to Salesforce.com.
   - Proactively identify areas of improvement and functional gaps in
   existing systems and Salesforce.com setup.
   - Configure and customize reports, dashboards in SFDC. Manage
   dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, validation
   rules.
   - Perform administrator functions in SFDC such as user management,
   profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses,
   capacity and storage management.
   - Work with end users to provide best practices on Salesforce usage
   including training, documentation and support as necessary.
   - Work with business users to troubleshoot and resolve any arising
   issues in Salesforce.com.
   - Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation
   and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed and all installed
   packages releases.

 *Skills and Knowledge Required:*

   - 8+ years of Saleforce.com  administration experience in a functional
   configuration capacity.
   - At least 2 SFDC new implementation Life Cycles.
   - Strong understanding of SalesForce's capabilities and limitations.
   Experience working with SFDC “Sales Cloud".
   - Must be intimately familiar with Salesforce objects and best practices
   for CRM functionalities including; Account, Contacts, Leads, Opportunity,
   Products, Campaigns, Dataloader, Salesforce Dashboards, Views, Workflow
   Rules, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Record Types, and Page Layouts.
   - Experienced in Visualforce and APEX.
   - Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce.com application database design,
   and systems implementation.
   - Experience integrating SFDC with SAP ECC. Excellent technical /
   functional understanding of Customer and Product Master in SAP ECC.
   - Knowledge of Salesforce Integration Pattern, both batch and real-time,
   through multiple integration technologies (third-party API integration
   tools, xml, json, external objects).
   - Experience with Salesforce.com custom development preferred. Knowledge
   of development best practices using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL,
   Java, JavaScript, jQuery, SOAP.
   - Ability to optimize and refactor Salesforce.com custom applications
   for Salesforce Lightning.
   - Strong experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.
   - Demonstrated ability to organize meetings that result in clear
   requirements and functional design.
   - Ability to interact and communicate effectively and clearly with all
   levels of project team and business users in CRM functional areas, with the
   ability to keep discussions at the appropriate level of abstraction.
   - Experience developing functional specifications, test plans and
   training materials.
   - Understanding / Working knowledge in current applications landscape
   (SAP and Non-SAP).
   - Ability to demonstrate history of positive customer communication and
   relationship management.
   - Analytically minded and methodical problem solver.
   - Excellent customer service, written and oral communication and
   interpersonal skills.
   - Good understanding of structured project management techniques.
   - Salesforce Certifications - Salesforce.com ADM201, Sales Cloud is a
   strong PLUS.
   - University degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Logistics,
   or other related discipline.
   - Experience working within a multi-cultural environment.

Fluent in English with other spoken languages a plus.
