Excellent knowledge of PBM Business. Excellent knowledge on Home Delivery System for a big Organization Good knowledge of Oracle DB. Understand and write complex SQL and PL/SQL Queries Working knowledge on ETL and UNIX is an added advantage. Knowledge and experience in various techniques to elicit, analyze, and communicate requirements. Enjoys working in a fast-paced, ever changing development environment; must be flexible and willing to re-prioritize as needed. Understand and collect Business Requirements. Collaborating requirement and writing Business Requirement document Integrate the business model with Technology Conduct analysis and documentation of existing business processes; recommend process improvements Provide business analysis services in support of both organizational as well as client engagement initiatives Perform business analysis and systems analysis for complex initiatives/projects Self starter with the experience and aptitude to work independently and in collaboration with the team.
