*Job Description: *
The ideal candidate is someone who has strong web application development
technical background, project management experience, the full lifecycle of
design, development and implementation of web-based applications. By
working closely with business owners and Interactive Marketing staff and
contractors, the Technical Producer / Business Analyst will support
application maintenance and new functionality activities across multiple
web applications. You will coordinate all phases involved in bringing
development activities to fruition.
*Responsibilities: *
Meet with technical team and business owners to discuss project requests
and work with developers to determine technical
feasibility of projects.
Elicit requirements from SMEs and business stakeholders.
Organize, translate and simplify requirements into brief use cases that
will be used to develop or modify software applications.
Assess impact and feasibility of change requests.
Use Jira with an Agile / KANBAN project management methodology
Drive the Sprints
o Lead Sprint design sessions and daily Scrum meetings.
o Working with business and developers, schedule Sprint, gather
relevant assets, and address any obstacles
o Communicate Sprint requirements and specifications to the
development team.
o Give work direction to the development team.
o Coordinate with QA team and perform tests on new and modified
applications to ensure proper functionality.
o Manage, analyze, and track production defects and work with
developers to resolve.
Provide weekly project status reports to PMO and Interactive Marketing
staff.
Maintain project documentation throughout the project’s life cycle.
*Job Requirements: *
A bachelor's degree in a related area
.NET or Java web application development experience required
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Business Analyst managing
large, complex projects in a web application environment
with multi-function teams.
3+ years of experience with SCRUM/Agile/KANBAN methodologies with
enterprise-level web application development projects.
Must have a proven track record of successfully implementing web
application development projects using Agile methodologies.
Excellent multi-tasking skills and analytical thinking
