*IVR Tester* *Atlanta GA 30354* *1 year contract.* *Phone + F2f interview* The Test engineer must have experience with integrated system testing that includes Websphere, Mainframe, MQ, Web Services, SQL and Oracle database backend systems. The engineer will be responsible for creating the master test plan, test cases, test execution and defect tracking. The engineer must work with the project team to insure that the correct testing is in place and that the correct metrics are captured for analysis.Additional information includes: QA for RES IT, Call Center Systems-includes IVR (Voice applications), Customer Care, Kana Email & Chat, Workforce Management & misc Call Center applications & systems, as well as Crew. – Must have at least 4 years software testing experience across a wide variety of application and infrastructure components including leveraging QA processes, test management and automated testing tools. -Design, develop and execute test cases and scripts through analysis of product specifications and software requirements -Must be experienced in the use of HP Quality Center (testing tool) for Requirements, test case repository, test case execution, and defect creation, tracking, and resolution.
