Onshore, onsite with client (Tulsa, OK) Client facing, strong written and oral communications. Responsible for working with the client to document business requirements, assisting with gathering and analysis; preparing business requirements; business & system process models. Ensures requirements traceability and verification & validation of test results. Supports the development of the project vision, scope definition and detailed business requirements including functional and non-functional requirements. Displays diligence in project delivery on time and within budget. BA Skills including: Works with subject matter knowledge to help determine requirements under the direction of the client. Translates business requirements to documentation so that traceability can be derived. Exercises independent judgment and manages within scope of defined processes. Independently manages communications between client and consulting staff, documents and drives action items to closure, develops and manages schedules and assists with estimates and scope definition.
