Does the resource have experience writing Business Requirements and Functional Design requirements for custom application development, building a new system or enhancing existing systems? Does the resource have experience writing Business Requirements and Functional Design requirements for configuring SAP system enhancements or enhancements to legacy systems interfacing with SAP? Does the resource have experience analyzing/building enhancements to system interfaces between SAP and legacy systems, mapping data, data conversion or data migration? Does the resource have experience with SAP, SAP financial, or purchase ordering systems? Does the resource have experience with financial or budgeting systems in the Beer Industry? Project plan includes at least 3 consecutive work streams, for low, medium and high complexity budgeting packages. Each cycle needs to: Gather Requirements: Complete business requirements analysis for configuration enhancements to SAP and legacy systems that interface to SAP, working with business to acquire signoff from stakeholders. Analyze Systems Impact: Analyze SAP transactions & configurations in order to complete functional design requirements for configuration enhancements to SAP and legacy systems and provide a full list of systems impacted; working with the business, Legacy SME’s and technical IT resources. *TASKS AND DELIVERABLES* Business/System Analyst consultants will perform the following tasks in order to complete the work: Requirements analysis and documentation. Documentation includes High Level Business Requirements, High Level Functional Design Requirements, and List of SAP and Legacy systems impacted. Conduct meetings with the business to gather business/system requirements for configuration enhancements to SAP and legacy systems that interface to SAP. Conduct meetings with the business, Legacy SME’s, Technical Lead, and technical IT resources to analyze impact to SAP and legacy systems, to gather functional design requirements for configuration enhancements to SAP and legacy systems, and provide a list of SAP and legacy systems impacted.
