There is a phone interview, panel phone interview and then an onsite 6 hour in-peron interview for the chosen person. It won’t be easy so they need to be sharp, communicate well and be prepared. The MUST have HR/Payroll domain experience and they MUST have ERP Implementation experience also. *Responsibilities: * Provide technical and functional support in the areas of; functional requirements definition, solution design, process mapping and configuration, system testing, security access, problem resolution, training and documentation. The position will work with campus-wide business users and 3rd party support providers in defining, prioritizing, executing and resolving application configurations and projects. Drive the resolution & troubleshooting of issues during development and post production support. Maintain liaison with campus departments, technical teams and extended support organizations for resolution of ERP and related data problems Develop and maintain systems procedures and user documentation; develop training materials and support user training activities. Develop functional documentation of business processes, configuration scripts, interfaces, custom reporting and applications using documented revision control Gather and analyze business requirements. Perform feasibility analysis, scope project, recommend solutions, project strategy, and deliverable prioritization. Complete QA tasks, including creating and executing test cases Support the user acceptance testing process Assisting, analyzing, planning and implementing data conversion and migration activities Assisting end-user development of ad-hoc queries and reports of ERP data in a Microsoft SQL database using Microsoft SQL Reporting Services and/or other reporting tools Perform other duties as assigned *SKILLS * 6-8 years as a Functional PeopleSoft Analyst PeopleSoft v9.1 is required; v9.2 is preferred.
