| Duties & Responsibilites : | It is mandatory for all the vendors to provide the details below while sharing the resume Consultant Name: Current Location: Phonep: Email: Work Authorization : Rate Relocation Candidates must be local. -client is seeking a Web Developer II who will be responsible for the end-to-end technical design and front-end implementation of Client's digital products with a strong focus in the mobile space. -The candidate will have a strong role in defining and executing the architecture of client's desktop and mobile web products, and will constantly strive to improve client's digital footprint and technology stack. -This is an exciting role for a passionate sports fan with a can-do attitude. The successful candidate will work with a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Editors, and sales staff to create and manage the industry’s best online sports experiences. -We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, product development, and sports. Responsibilities: -Hands-on coding primarily using server side scripting languages as well as _javascript_, HTML/HTML5, and CSS -Leads the technical development and management of multiple websites -Creates optimized technical solutions across multiple devices and screens, including desktops, tablets, both smart and feature phones, and connected televisions. -Identifies, defines, and executes architectural changes and works towards improving processes and tools to aid in developer productivity -Works with Product Managers, Designers, Editors, and Information Architects to define new product requirements, features, and functionalities -Authors specifications, technical design documents, and support/troubleshooting guides -Provides support and maintenance for deployed client's products and collaborates with external teams providing additional upkeep -Leads the technical analysis and evaluation of new technologies and product enhancements. -Works closely with Engineers and front-end Developers to identify areas requiring improvement, and helps to define and implement corresponding solutions. Basic Qualifications: -MUST HAVE 3 plus years of PHP and _javascript_ -3+ years of work experience, preferably with a consumer-oriented company developing highly-scalable products. Digital Media experience a plus. -3+ years of hands-on development experience in a professional environment, working with a structured programming language such as C/C++, _javascript_, ASP, JSP, PHP, etc. -Strong understanding of object-oriented programming fundamentals, multi-tier web architectures, and SQL. -Experience writing technical specs and driving them through development and launch -Expert level understanding of benefits and constraints of current Internet technologies, and expert level knowledge of HTML, CSS, _javascript_, and AJAX. Experience with _javascript_ libraries a plus. -Experience working with third party APIs, ad networks, search and analytics systems, and social media technologies -Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-technical colleagues -Ability to operate effectively with a high level of independence, while in a team-oriented and collaborative environment |
