*Position: Sr. Systems Analyst*

*Location: Rancho Cordova, CA/Denver, CO*

*Eligible  GC, GC EAD, US Citizen Only*

*Experience required -  *

At least 8 years Systems Analysis experience required, Familiarity with 
federal government sponsored healthcare insurance programs (e.g. ACA, SNAP, 
TANF), Experience with On-Line Transaction Processing & Work Flow

 

*SYSTEM ANALYST SKILLS:*

Experience with XSD/XML files, Data mapping and interface specifications, 
Screen design, SQL query skills for data analysis and data mapping, 
Creation of Software Requirements documentation

Participation in/conducting interface tests

1.Business requirements gathering, Ability to elicit requirements, Ability 
to conduct JAD sessions

2.Develop vision & scope documentation

3.Creating Gap Analysis documentation

4.Creation and management of Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)

5.Modeling: Business Process Diagrams, Scope use cases, Elaborated use 
cases, Creating Swim Lane Diagrams

6.Creating user acceptance tests

7.Participating in/conducting user acceptance tests

 

*Experience preferred – *

Scanning/imaging processes, forms recognition, optical character 
recognition, intelligent character recognition

Experience with Kofax Imaging Software 

Experience using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) preferred; knowledge 
of state government, experience using database applications or SQL and/or 
an understanding of UNIX, Windows NT and desktop operating systems.

 Location: Boston, MA

 Duration: 6+ months
 
Required Skills 
 
1.Strong Microsoft Office Application expertise, in particular with
Excel and the creation/maintenance of Excel VBA macros.
2.Strong understanding and working experience of the investment process,
research workflows, equity and derivative securities, and market data
services
3.Strong SQL skills and prior experience with Oracle/SQL Server tools
required. 
4.Hands-on knowledge of statistical concepts, measures and modeling. 
5.Strong, hands-on knowledge of Sharepoint is Desirable.
6.Prior experience with Java/Unix solutions a strong plus
7.3+ years experience directly supporting investment professionals 
8.7+ years of professional experience or more required.
