Must have the flexibility to travel to support multiple changing project needs. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* *1. *Serve as the central point of contact and primary client interface for all program related issues. *2. *Oversee the full lifecycle development and implementation program and technical activities to ensure successful project execution and meeting of requirements. *3. *Perform all project management functions to including work breakdown and cost estimation, scheduling, monitoring and tracking of technical progress against the defined timetables and budgets, and staff assignment and development. *4. *Lead and direct the successful delivery of application development, systems integration, and product installation/customization services while ensuring that assigned projects adhere to the approved life cycle work patterns, standards, and procedures for solution delivery. *5. *Supervises and manages all staff assigned to the project, assigns and directs their activities. *6. *Manages activities of subcontractors utilized to deliver the technical solution. *7. *Develops performance goals and objectives for the project and staff, and monitors the achievement of those goals. *8. *Define and implement development plans for assigned projects in order to increase staff’s knowledge and skills in the areas of project management, requirements management, and technology capabilities. *9. *Provide hands on support during various stages of the lifecycle to include requirements analysis, testing, and potentially programming support. *10. *Identify and assess new functional capabilities supporting engineering change proposals and additional follow on work with the client. *11. *Participate in proposal writing activities and marketing presentations. *12. *Ensures that client is in compliance with all applicable requirements of the contract, state and federal regulations, and the terms and conditions of the RFP and proposal. *13. *Ensures the project is in compliance with client standards and procedures. *14. *Ensures that all appropriate costs are included in quarterly forecasts and submitted for billing in a timely manner, and that the project meets its financial goals. *15. *Performs other duties as may be assigned by corporate management. *JOB SUMMARY: *The chosen candidate will provide management oversight of assigned Health Systems technology projects. They will direct and oversee the development and implementation of a health care application solutions delivered by Health Services projects. They will interface with the client-side project manager on a regular basis to maintain good client relations and resolve any program issues. The candidate will have full responsibility for schedule and budget, and ensure that all project milestones are delivered according to plan.
