A part from the standard Dell SDET, He really wants someone with some
DevOps experience- TeamCity, Octopus or CI/CD (if they have any of these,

*Job Description:*

Lead multiple teams of Software Development engineers and technical leads
who ensure the various portions of the Dell Buyer Applications are tuned
and developed as designed, tested, and released into upper-level
environments.

They will be responsible for team members who have a background in
engineering methodologies, with demonstrated successes in developing
applications in both the UI and Service layer, with proven abilities to
innovate and be creative.

Responsible for hiring top candidates and building great teams.

*Role Responsibilities –*

This particular role holds responsibility for the commerce live site
experience - driving performance enhancements, production fixes and quick
impacts -Maintain a strong culture of innovation, creativity, and fun -Be
completely responsible for the delivery of the committed features -Provide
leadership and mentor in engineering best practices -Responsible for
ensuring stability and performance of the products are best in class.

This includes accountability for performance, availability management and
capacity planning -Communicate and translate vision/strategy to staff.

Responsible for executing on functional and business goals for the group
-Must be a strong technical decision maker -Responsible for solving highly
technical and complex problems for several programs and projects -Leads the
implementation of rigorous engineering excellence process and platform
improvement initiatives -Passionate about the customer experience, and
ensure every visit is a great experience Requirements - 6-8 yrs exp with
undergrad degree of relevant work experience leading engineering teams and
most of this focused eCommerce Software Development – including testing,
designing, and developing complex enterprise applications -Good
communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information
effectively to both IT and business audiences Experience leading small and
large organizations -eCommerce specific industry knowledge and experience
in software engineering -Strong organizational planning and development,
business judgment, technical leadership, and communication skills -Working
knowledge of the sales and the sales processes -Expertise in most of the
following –– SQL Server (most important), Web API (MS ASP.Net), MVC, WCF,
HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, SOAP, REST, JQuery, .Net Framework, C#, Web
Services -Practical knowledge of object oriented programming -Ability to
work across multiple simultaneous product development efforts and programs
- An analytical mind that thrives in a data-driven environment Preferences
Bachelor's/MS degree in mathematics, computer science, or related
discipline preferred

*Basic Qualifications:*

Need a senior SDET (c#.net)



*Job Description: *

Engineering Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent
professional experience.

5+ years of related experience testing web portals and/or ecommerce
applications using Microsoft technologies

5+ years of experience in various phases of testing, designing, and
developing complex enterprise applications, including automation test
development.

Expertise in most of the following –Web API (MS ASP.Net), MVC, WCF, HTML5,
CSS, JavaScript, JSON, SOAP, REST, JQuery, .Net Framework, C#, Web Services.

Practical knowledge of object oriented programming

Practical knowledge in analyzing, designing, and developing solutions to
highly complex problems

Good communication skills, including the ability to convey technical
information effectively to both IT and business audiences

Practice in Agile Scrum methodology

Familiar with Unit Test, Mock, Test Driven Development etc.
