*Role Description*

Managing NetScalers and building new systems

Troubleshooting puppet- configuration tool related issues

Provide second-tier support for all local services.

Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively,
sometimes under pressure

Install and setup systems as required to support growth and new projects

Work well in a team environment and be able to provide accurate technical
feedback to developers to identify and resolve complex issues

Provide recommendations and implement solutions for scalability and
performance improvement

*Essential Skills  *

4- 6 years of experience and deep-dive knowledge on NetScaler/Nginx &
support.

Hands on experience on DNS, Server Administration

Scripting knowledge in either Python / Perl /Ruby

Hands on knowledge of configuration management tools like Puppet

*Desirable Skills :*

Work experience/Awareness on Splunk , GIT & MAC OS

*Role Description*



Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare high-level and low-level network designs in response to new
business requirements.

• Provide third-line support to resolve complex problems.

• Create, maintain and review operational and technical design
documentation

• Conduct detailed analysis of network performance statistics using a
variety of tools.

• Assist with the development of network optimisation and capacity plans

• Produce test plans and change controls for network changes.

• Participate in on call rotation



Essential skills required:

• Network design and administration experience.

• Experience of working with Cisco router platforms and an understanding of
EIGRP, BGP, OSPF and MPLS.

• Experience working with Cisco switches.

• Experience working with load balancers and firewalls, IPSec tunnels, Site
to Site VPN.

• CCNP or relevant experience

• Multi-Vendor firewall experience., Juniper SRX,
