*Job Description*

·         Candidate is responsible for the support of the IIB and WMQ
components of the Development, QA and Production Platform.

·         This includes the day to day support of the interfaces, including
quick and efficient problem analysis and resolution.

·         Ability to design, develop and support interface services
connecting to applications and systems inside and outside the Client
network.

·         Implementation includes connectivity, utilizing connector
services for SAP adapter, Web Services, WMQ and SFTP.

·         Establish thorough testing and debugging programming requirements
and practices, and provide proper technical documentation to satisfy all
corporate guidelines,  and cGMP standards.



*Knowledge, Experience and Education: *

·         Excellent knowledge of EAI platform architecture, applications
design, development, maintenance, and support, is required along with solid
IIB ESQL/Java coding techniques.

·         Ability to work directly with the system user community to gather
requirements and build system specifications.

·         Very strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal
communication skills to support IIB functionality, including SAP Adapter ,
Web Services , ODBC/JDBC Database connectivity.

·         Completion of a Bachelor degree in CIS, Information Technology,
or a closely allied field, combined with 10 or more years’ experience in
the development and maintenance of IBM middleware services for IIB release
8.0 and above and WMQ 6.0 and above.

·         Architecture experience is desired to help establish a solid EAI
platform foundation to ensure the success of pattern reusability,
scalability, ease of support and manageability of interface services.


* Job Responsibilities *

·         Participate in all aspects of Interface design, development,
maintenance, and support; and establish standards and processes which
ensure the reliability of Client’s Websphere Platform.

·         Independently develop and maintain very complex user-level and
technical requirement specifications documentation and issue resolution for
Interfaces.

·         Participate in new project development, while supporting projects
of high-level complexity.

·         Meet project timelines in a complex, fast-paced environment, and
use established protocols to respond to problems or failures and provide
solutions to users.

·         Provide guidance and act as a technical expert to the EAI project
team.

·         Maintain project and programming documentation to ensure
compliance in Client’s validated cGMP environment.
