*Duration: 2+ year *



*Supplier will:*



·               Develop a vision for the UC strategy and details around the
adoption, maintenance and development of that vision.

·               Manage or participate in cross-functional teams to promote
technology strategies, analyze and test products and perform pilot and
initial implementations of new technologies in order to integrate those
technologies into the Customer's global infrastructure.  The schedule(s)
for these activities will be mutually developed between Supplier and
Customer.

·               Document specifications, installation instructions and
other infrastructure-related information.

·               Construct business case analysis with recommendations to
increase effectiveness of organizational and technology solutions.

·               Lead resolution and re-planning activities to realign
strategies and close identified gaps.

·               Determine applicable technical and resource components
(e.g., network, landscape) and associated costs (e.g., development,
training) for technology to help ensure capacity and performance
requirements are met.

·               Provide expert-level technical support to departments and
technical teams to resolve complex unified communications and voice issues.

·               Identify, analyze and resolve complex integration issues by
utilizing expertise and innovative technical solutions.

·               Develop, maintain and provide technical expertise in order
to transfer knowledge of operating systems and other infrastructure
components.

·               Provide expertise in relationship management to maximize
relationships with vendors.

·               Support high availability solutions for the business
applications using technology, processes and techniques to help ensure
availability of hardware, operating systems, and applications and support
tools to Customer’s Technical Committee on Computer Communications (“TCCC”)
in the event of hardware/software component failures.



Supplier’s resource(s) performing the Services will, at a minimum, possess
the following:

·               Six (6) or more years of experience in Network/Voice
Engineering.

·               Extensive experience installing, maintaining and supporting
CSM, UCCX, and CUCM.

·               Extensive experience supporting and troubleshooting VoIP.

·               Enterprise level experience utilizing SIP for VoIP
installation.

·               Certifications in CCNA Voice/CCNP Voice/CCVoIP or
equivalent experience.
