*Qualifications:*

   - Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and CCNA
   - Juniper Network experience required. Certification a big plus
   - Expert knowledge of Internetworking Operating Systems and call center
   technology.
   - Experience with Nortel PBX systems, Aspect, or Cisco ICM/Call Manager
   a plus.
   - Proficient knowledge of call center technology, carrier transport and
   provisioning (T1, ISDN, T3) PBX systems, and voice mail systems.
   - 3 – 5 years experience with deploying and/or administrating an Avaya
   SIP environment (Session & System Manager).
   - Exhibit strong attention to detail.
   - Excellent problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Functional Skills

• Ability to configure SAS servers to run within a SAS GRID environment.
• Experience using SAS GRID Manager within the SAS Management Console.
• Experience SAS Grid Manager Client Utility and grid syntax
• Should have in depth knowledge on SAS Management Console (SMC), Metadata
server, web service set up like JBOSS/Apache for the web-tier on SAS
intelligence platform
• Creating & adding users and user groups and assigning ACLs.
• Applying HotFixes/patches, new licenses to Grid environment, licensing
upgrade and migration
• Knowledge on SAS/ACCESS connectivities to various databases like
Teradata, Sybase, Oracle, DB2, Netezza etc and SAS/CONNECT.
• Base SAS, Macros, Proc SQL are must for debugging and providing solutions
to business partners for any RCA (root cause analysis) and fine tuning.

   - Experience in Distributed Applications and COTS products
   - Strong design and development background (Java/J2EE technologies,
   WebSphere MQ/Message Broker , SOAP and RestFul Web services and APIs)
   - Multi system/platform Integration & interfaces and batch process
   experience is essential
   - Legacy systems and Mainframe knowledge(COBOL, DB2, MQ) is highly
   preferable
   - Knowledge in Core Banking applications like Hogan and ACH is
   preferable (but not mandatory)
   - Participate in the design, development, testing and implementation of
   required application changes to support the project requirements.
   - Utilize all appropriate departmental guidelines and processes in the
   development effort.
   - Assist application development resources to develop appropriate
   application documentation based on assigned projects.
   - There will be developers assigned to this project, but a Technical
   Lead need to ensure all the interfaces are rewritten properly, and to
   interact with the new vendor COTS product deployed in-house.
   - Takes the Solution Architect’s design and overseeing the execution of
   the design
   - Leads detailed design sessions with different areas in Comerica,
   vendors, and clients (if applicable)
   - Provides input to the Technical Project Manager (TPM) on tasks,
   statuses, issues, and risks
   - Oversees the technical developers to make sure they are tracking
   according to the project schedule
   - Helps to resolve issues that the development team cannot resolve
   - Ensures standards and processes are being followed
   - Leads issue resolution sessions with different areas in Comerica,
   vendors, and clients (if applicable)
   - Continuously scans the progress of the project to make sure nothing is
   “falling through the cracks”
   - Possesses excellent leadership and people skills
   - Must be able to learn new material quickly and have strong logical and
   problem solving skills
   - Must have experience working with applications that have multiple
   interfaces
   - Must be willing to work on-site
