Should have excellent skills in: Business Process Analysis 4. Requirements Validation and Testing o Requirements Development, Documentation, and Management o Writing Effective Requirements 5. Superior written and verbal communication skills 6. Must have worked in the functional domain of OTM and well versed with the OTM configurations involving at least: 7. Order Management (complex order structure) o Shipment Management 8. Rate o Financials o User management & security o GTM modules 9. Should have experience in implementing OTM/GTM in a global environment. 10. Should have the ability to interact with the customer as well as manage onsite and offshore technical teams. 11. Responsible for functional solution design, application setups and testing 12.
