*Daily Job Responsibilities include:* Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates in comparison to client requirements. Coordinating Technical interviews with the US/India team and maintain communications and update all the parties involved via email/phone as required. Upload requirements and resumes and all other details in the Share Point portal against the requirement. Format the resume and present shortlisted candidates to manager/clients w ith their key skills and all the info on the candidates as per the requirement. Preparing candidates for interview with clients. Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team. Weekly meetings with India offshore team with status update, discuss requirements to be worked as per the priorities, reset the focus as per the requirement need. Publish progress report to management every week. Manage and handle issues of the offshore recruitment team.
