*Position : UI / Web JavaScript Developer Location : Atlanta , GA Duration : 12+ Months Phone then Face to Face* *Responsibilities will include:* Work with internal business partners and other IT development groups to define and formalize requirements for new JavaScript applications. Drive the architecture and design of the code they and others write. Build well-tested and maintainable client-side applications using JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks (Dojo and jQuery), HTML, CSS and RESTful APIs. Provide oversight and guidance to less experienced JavaScript developers on the team. Maintain and enhance existing web applications. * Required Experience and Skills:* 5+ years’ experience hand-coding enterprise-level web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (at least 1 year to be current.) Robust understanding of the Dojo and jQuery frameworks, AJAX and JSON, Asynchronous Module Definition (AMD), and integrating RESTful web services. Exposure to ASP.NET MVC and WCF / REST. Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and the Software Development Life Cycle.
