*Job Description:*

·         Ability to understand the customer business processes and the IT
landscape rapidly.

·         Ability to frame the right set of questions for a single process
track.

·         Assist in creating solution proposals , rough effort estimates ,
assist in solution workshops and assist in preparing the solution road map
as well asassisting in the detailed documentation and in implementing the
solution Ableto guide a team , preparation of design documents, gathering
businessrequirements and estimation and having the knowledge of the quality
processesand also guide the team in using the various quality tools.

·         Should have SAP experience in the core module of specialization
and domain experience.

·         Demonstrates knowledge of Sales and Distribution processes and
how these processes are treated and configured in SAP Able to work with
customer business teams and Wipro project teams effectively.

·         Should be able to conduct requirement gathering workshops ,map
these into SAP SD processes and identify gaps.

·         Should know the processes adopted for custom developments, unit
testing, functional testing, integration testing, go-live preparations and
going live

·         Should be able to design and configure *processes in Sales and
Distribution -Sales ,Billing, Shipping ,Variant configuration areas.*

·         Should also know how these processes integrate Finance and
inventory management ~ Functional expertise in SAP ECC functional module
for customer service (SAP CS).

·         Good understanding of SAP functionality offered by the SAP
product for customer service area.

·         Ability to gather customer requirement and translate them into
functional design.

·         Ability to identify GAPS in the solution vis a vis customer
requirement and translate them into functional specification for
developments.

·         Ability to train advanced users, design, develop and troubleshoot
issues in SAP.

·         Has experience across implementation, support, and rollout
projects and execution methodologies.

·         Good understanding on the customer service domain and processes
related to service. Experience in 3-4 SAP projects with SAP CS solution.

·         Understanding on master data relevant to SAP CS and use of
different fields in the master data for the CS processes.

·         Ability to define master data templates and design master data
upload strategy for the relevant master data.

·         Ability to define test plans and conduct testing workshops.

·         Is conversant with integration of SAP CS solution with other
modules like MM, SD and FI.

·         Has an END to END view of the process in SAP for customer service.
