*Position : Web Server Admin(Weblogic, Unix, Tomcat) * *Location : Bear, DE* *Duration : 6+ Months * *Job Description :* Good in Weblogic and Unix Administration Apache Tomcat web server installation, configuration, remediating, fine tuning (Performance) in UNIX/Windows platforms. Should have good knowledge on availability and security which needs during migration testing and implementation. Well versed with UNIX commands. Knowledge in apache load balancing and multicast load balancing procedures. Knowledge in Java Servlets and JSP will give addition confidence to work on Apache Tomcat as we deploy only these applications. Troubleshooting/resolving Production environment issues and providing relevant trend analysis to Service management team. Must have experience in application support related to Weblogic with a good Knowledge in troubleshooting and monitoring tasks related to application support involving WebLogic Server 10.2/11. Must have experience in trouble shooting of webservers such as Apache, planet & Tomcat Must h Administrator responsible for resolving escalated troubleshooting requirements. Responsible for guiding junior administrators in trouble shooting non-routine and complex troubleshooting requirements. As a senior member, is responsible for ensuring SLA is met and there are no complaints from customer. Technically sound, Contributes to KM and practice building. Prepares the Change management plan and gets sign-off . Conducts planned regular and random Technical audits. Suggest improvement plans. Implement and share best practices. Implement automation of regular admin activities. Capture and report metrics like Devices/FTE , incidents/FTE, incidents/devices, SA metrics.
