*Job Description*  -

   - *Great knowledge and hands on of Microsoft Products *
   - *Strong analytical, communication and multitasking skills*
   - *Working operational knowledge and understanding of  moderation tools
   (Forums, Blogs,  Uploads, Commenting, Collecting relevant Information etc.)*
   - *Ability to effectively communicate and report statistics*
   - *Team player, detail focused and reliable*
   - *Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly*
   - *Have a good knowledge of principles of customer service*

*Responsibilities:*

1.       To ensure that all the posts are answered to users’ satisfaction

2.       To maintain the health of the community by ensuring there are no
inappropriate posts in any of the categories.

3.       To create set up and repro the user issues on local machine.

4.       To coordinate with user for more information on the issue and
collect relevant issue logs.

5.       To maintain the SLA for providing the resolution/response for the
posts

6.       To report any bugs posted by the users in the product to the
relevant Product Group

7.       To make the product better by getting feedback from the users and
keeping the Product Group (PG) in sync with the feedback. The moderator
ensures that any valuable feedback is communicated to the PG.

8.       To change the category of a post while creating/editing the post.

9.       To Appropriately tag the posts for easy grouping and reporting.

10.   To create the KB articles and FAQ for the known issues and
resolutions to reuse the answers.

11.   To attend to the posts which are flagged by users on high priority
and to delete the flags if necessary after reviewing the post
12.   To coordinate and share the posts using the pointers template to be
answered by the experts.
