Please note that this is ENTRY level project manager position with reflected rate. *SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:* South Carolina seeks an entry level resource in Project Coordination/Management of small to large projects. *DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:* This position is being listed as a Project Manager-Intermediate position because it is an entry level position with little to now project management and because there is no labor category for quality management on the IT Staffing Contract. The Project Coordinator/Manager-Entry will interact with staff, other team members, all levels of management and internal and external organizations, including vendors performing outsourced work, in the compilation and management of information needed for project schedules, portfolio/program schedules, metrics, reports and project management documentation. *PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):* Up to 3 years or more in project management skills Up to 1 year or more of project planning experience Ability to create and document key project management documents and artifacts Medicaid or Healthcare Delivery Systems Business Analysis experience Scrum Master and/or Product Owner Certification Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Skills: Project manager, SOFTWARE PROJECT LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT Thanks & Regards *Prem* *RadGov, Inc* 6750 N.
