Healthcare industry – nice to have *UX Designer* Design for the complicated and multi-user platform balancing the often conflicting needs of diverse user groups and ensuring a consistent, user-centered experience Work in a closely collaborative team environment to design the user experience including the user workflow, information architecture, content, and other aspects Develop sketches, flow charts, wireframes, interactive prototypes, storyboards, journey maps, and other UX artifacts to effectively communicate the expected design and user experience Effectively collaborate with product managers, software developers, clients, and other subject matter experts throughout the product lifecycle Contribute to and help maintain the company’s product style guides and pattern libraries Be an ambassador for the power of design, always willing to effectively explain why you’ve done what you’ve done, and how design decisions are made to a variety of audiences. These resources work closely with business analysts and team members to provide IT and business-specific knowledge and expertise, and create solutions that are aligned with business directives. *QUALIFICATIONS* Aside from experience in design in mobile, a robust design portfolio that demonstrates the following 4–6 years’ experience in a design-related position, on mobile, responsive, and app products. B.A. in graphic design, visual communication, or another design-related field. Ability to explain your work, including wireframes, interactions, and interfaces for responsive web, iOS, Android and more. An impeccable understanding of typography, layout, color, and all other elements of design. A fanatic attention to detail for creating pixel-perfect icons and UI elements. Proficiency using modern design tools, including Sketch for interface design, tools for prototyping, and Adobe design tools to collaborate with clients. Ability to create clean and professional presentation decks for client review.
