*Job Title: VPN Support Specialist *
*Duration: 6 Months *

*Job Description*

The Virtual Private Network (VPN) Support Specialist will undertake design,
hands-on implementation and operation of enterprise class security tools
including Proxy Servers, VPN/RAS, Malware Detection, Intrusion Prevention
Systems (Wireless, Network and Host Based) and Vulnerability Scanners,
configuring them to detect potential security incidents and responding to
threats.

   - Evaluates, tests, recommends, develops, coordinates, monitors, and
   maintains information security systems, including hardware, software and
   procedures,
   - Prepare written reports detailing compliance with laboratory and
   industry best practices rules.
   - Keeps up-to-date knowledge of new and emerging threats that can affect
   the organization's information assets and acts as the local threat
   intelligence and monitoring function (e.g. review security log data,
   respond to IPS and SEIM alerts).
   - Maintains and performs updates to security information products and
   audits for compliance with applicable regulatory and corporate
   standards/requirements including change control procedures (avoiding
   outages that may impact Service Level Agreements).
   - Performs day-to-day Information Security functions pertaining to
   computer security products and processes. Works closely with subject matter
   experts and management to ensure SLAs are met for business operations.

The candidates must have 2+ years the following core competencies:

   - Experience of design, hands-on implementation and operation of
   enterprise class security tools including, Proxy Servers, SEIM Systems,
   VPN/RAS, Malware Detection, Intrusion Prevention Systems (Wireless, Network
   and Host Based), Vulnerability Scanners, VPN's, Intrusion Detection
   Systems, vulnerability assessment strategies, knowledge of network
   infrastructures including firewalls, web application and device security is
   preferred, configuring them to detect potential security incidents and
   responding to threats.
   - Strong technical knowledge of the above and TCP/IP networking,
   security practices, firewall operation and rule specification, IP routing
   principles and protocols, security techniques for internet and local
   services, encryption products, SSLNPN, Windows and Unix server operating
   systems, Radius and 802_1X,2 Factor Authentication and regulatory standards
   (e.g. PCI).
   - Proficiency in performing detailed security risk, control and
   vulnerability assessments with the ability to absorb and understand complex
   24x7 enterprise IT environments and rapidly identify potential
   vulnerabilities, security risks and impacts.
   - Strong analytical skills; able to integrate data/ideas from multiple
   sources outside of own area of expertise. Excellent communication skills
   with the ability to communicate highly technical issues and strategy to
   both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels within the company.
   - Able to self-manage within a team context and deliver results by
   collaborating across wider virtual teams at multiple levels in the
   organization.
   - Must demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including
   Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and SharePoint.

   - IVR Self-Service Automation with both Speech and DTMF inputs.
   - 100+ manual test case automation across all the ~12 IVRs.
   - Evaluating 1500+ agent skill groups, routing paths and Agent behaviors
   for virtual agent automation.
   - Validate ICM CTI attached data, KVPs such as policy number, policy
   type, customer name.
   - CYARA replay and Virtual agent test scripts development.
   - Developing regression test campaigns using the automated scripts.
   - Regression and load test execution.
   - Reports generation using CYARA replay.
