*Job Title : BI Reports Developer (OBIEE)Location : Philadelphia,
PADuration : 6-12+Months ContractRate : 40/hr on C2C (MAX) Job Details:
Primary Responsibilities*
Scope, estimate, design, document, develop and test solutions that satisfy
the reporting needs of the business.
Develop queries, reports and dashboards with adherence to branding
standards, report layout, business requirements documentation, testing,
production migration and source control using Oracle OBIEE.
Responsible for supporting reports and jobs that are in production.
Partner with skilled team of technology, finance, HR and other business
partners across multiple high-profile projects.
Participate in IT projects from inception of the project up and through the
daily maintenance phase of a project.

*Knowledge, Skills & Abilities*
Create and maintain Oracle BI Reports and associated OBIEE HR Analytics
environment.
Identify and add new data elements to the existing HR data model.
Document and understand how the data/formulas support the reports.
Ability to anticipate future needs of user community.
Strong QA and testing skills; familiarity with various testing
methodologies.
Team Player and Leadership – Adept in leading by example via actions that
are consistently in the best interests of Aramark and its employees.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a similar way for
non-technical staff.

*Qualifications*
3+years relevant report writing experience using BI and Analytical tools is
required. OBIEE is strongly preferred.
Basic understanding of a wide range of interpretive analysis tools (i.e.,
trend analysis, spreadsheets, comparisons, graphs).
Advanced Excel skills required.
Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) a plus.
