*Title: **Sr. Business Analyst * *Duration: **6 Month Contract * *Location: **Quincy, MA** (Face to face Requirement ) * *Job Description: * · MA MMIS is seeking a Senior BA to work on our established Claims and/or Managed/Member Care team to support the development, testing and implementation of the MMIS system. The successful candidate should be well versed in health plan management, HIPAA transactions, operational concepts and the systems development lifecycle. The Senior BA will be responsible for the implementation of this business releases within the overall business functional structure of Mass Health. The successful candidate must have sufficient knowledge of the entire scope of the health care business to insure that the development and testing work within their functional area is compatible with the MMIS system as a whole. The successful candidate’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the implemented coding scheme meets the requirements of the business community and conforms to all applicable Federal and state laws. The Claims BA will be called upon to act as an active member in all phases of the project including: gap analysis, requirements gathering, design and development activities, testing, implementation, and stabilization.
