In order to support the effort, we are looking for responses from organizations who have experience in this space. The response should include the cost associated with the effort. The following *activities* will be a part of the engagement (includes but not limited to) Conversion from two (2) IBM FileNet Image Services (ISF2 and ISF5) to IBM FileNet Content Manager (FN CM) 2 Phase Approach Pilot phase – a small set of content is migrated from source to a stage environment. Validation Phase – Current source system data is migrated to a stage area for user validation and acceptance. Production Move Phase – Current source system data is migrated to the target system (FileNet P8) after user acceptance is obtained in the previous step. This phase will also include user acceptance to ensure that migrated data is usable by front end applications accessing them. Recommend number of Object Stores Review the Content Platform Engine (“CPE”) environment. Review and discuss Hennepin County's requirements for ingesting, storing, and retrieving documents. Determine Object Store structure including document classes, properties, choice lists, security, folders, entry templates, and search templates. Review CE standard practices.
